Eastline Consulting LLC ("Eastline", "we") builds custom software for B2B operators. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website.
Who we are
Eastline Consulting LLC is the data controller for the limited personal information described below. You can reach us at software@eastlineconsulting.com; our registered postal address is available on request.
We don't track you
This site runs no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking scripts. We set no tracking or advertising cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
What the site loads
- Fonts are served from our own domain — no font is loaded from a third-party content network, so your IP address is not shared with a font provider.
- The site makes no automatic calls to third-party services when it loads.
When you contact us
- Booking a call. Our "Book a call" buttons link out to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. If you choose to book, the information you enter there is collected by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy, not ours. We receive only the booking details you submit.
- Email. If you email software@eastlineconsulting.com, we receive your message and email address solely to respond to you.
How we use what you share
We use the details you voluntarily provide (through a booking or email) only to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except as needed to provide a service you've requested (for example, the scheduling tool above).
Legal basis (EEA/UK)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to and managing enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)), and, where you contact us about engaging Eastline, to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and booking details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it, plus a reasonable period for our records, and then delete it. If an enquiry doesn't lead to work, we delete it once it's clear there's nothing further to discuss.
Where your information goes
Some of the services we rely on are based in the United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, booking details you submit to Calendly, and email you send us, may be processed outside your country under the safeguards those providers maintain. We do not otherwise transfer your information internationally.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email software@eastlineconsulting.com and we'll action it. California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion; we do not sell personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
